JFF's monthly programs are designed to engage and support individuals in their journey to improved wellbeing. Our programs focus on providing an environment for education, support, and skill building to help manage mental and behavioral health. Our monthly programs include a variety of topics, such as mindfulness, self-care, stress management, communication, and more. Through these programs, we strive to empower individuals to take control of their wellbeing and create lasting change in their lives.
